Making a chart for multiple coma separate columns

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am very new in power BI. I have some datas where three columns e.g. avginterval, unitcost, linehits have last 24 months data as comma separated. I have to make a line chart for a avg interval vs last 24 months. Could you give me some idea to

Sorry, I didn't understand what you meant and wanted the output of the results,

please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.

Noted, for one row is for one specific product. I want a chart for avginterval vs last 24 months for one specific product.
