Hi @MINKI ,

The administrator has the right to turn on or off the export to excel feature in the admin portal. So you can contact the administrator if this is the cause of the problem.

@MINKI , That can be controlled using the visual header property of visual. Go to edit mode and check.

Also tenant admin can stop export to excel .
