MS Project Dataset for Power BI Desktop

Hi everyone,

I have some Projects in MS Project online (PWA) and i would like to analyze them and to create some dashboards in PowerBI Desktop.

I use the OData Feed to link the PWA with the PBI Desktop but i have some strange data some duplicates etc etc.

So i am trying to understand if this is a problem that occurs from the way that i builded the Projects since i have for example all the Projects Names in ParentTaskNames or i have some strange duplicates which is the name of my project +"y" and stuff like this.

I can filter out all this stuff  but i want to be sure that they will never occur again when i will create a new project.

So can anyone explain me or tell me where can i find the explanation (i didn't find something on the net) how the tables are Populated in PBI coming from MS Projects ?

For example from where exactly ProjectName column scraping data? From the first level in a project file or from the title in the landing page ?

Thanks in Advance
