Lookupvalue with multiple table

Hello,

I have 3 tables are, Data, Data1 and sale.
In data table the following column are code, product and country.
Data1 table- item, Product and country
sale table- Item, Code, Product and Country (Result).

I am trying to pull the country into sale table from Data table according to the code and product columns and country from Data1 table against the item.

I created VAR for both table but I don't know how to complete the VAR statement without IF function or is there any alternative function I could use it?
