Lookup value with multiple condition

Hi all,   How can I lookup "Unit Cost" value in Table B into Table A? FYI, all the 3 column have duplicate value. Already try advanced merge in power query but not possible.     Regards, ...

Sorry if the other table is outside of the table with the value you are looking up use selectedvalue() around it - looks like i put table A & B in the wrong order after the intial field.
