Looking up a value in a table visual

This seems easy but I cant find a solution for it.
I have two tables. 
the first one looks like this 

YearMonthMeasure1Measure2Measure3
2022Jan   
2022Feb   
2022March   


and the second table looks like this

YearMonthStudentsCount
2022Jan33
2022Feb15
2022March12

I want to find a way to add the studentCount to the first table, I created a one to many relationship between the two. Based on the date but I ended up having multiple rows per the same month and year.
