Looking for value filter in table based on date value in column

Hi all,

I have the following table in Power BI desktop created. All columns are measures.

I received feedback today that the following employee (name field) started on the 01-2018 at his business unit, and thus should not have written any hours in the month of july. Therefore I want to add a filter or something to make sure that if the contract starting date value (which is written in a column, in a table) is month x, that no registrated hours/contract hours are shown from the months before. But only the months ongoing from the starting date. However, I have NO clue how to achieve this...

Anyone an Idea? Sorry for the very vague description...

Many thanks in advance!

@RielLife,

Please share sample data of your original table and post expected result following the guide in this thread.

Also we need to know what DAX you use to create the above measures.

Regards,

Lydia
