Looking for some advice and improvement recommendations please

Hello.

I have attempted to convert my old Excel planning spreadsheet into BI.

The planner tells me the anticipated chemical in each tank and the weeks to empty/tank size etc.

Here is my BI attempt:

I don't have a weeks to empty data source (the current planner spreadsheet does this by dividing current level/weekly usage). Can I build this into BI somehow and have it display so it's obvious when viewed?

Lastly, please feel free to recommend ways that I can improve how the data is displayed. I feel what I have done looks very basic and is not as visually as impressive/easy to read as it could be for a stock moniroting system. I have tried using a level gauge but I haven't successfully manged to get the data to show correctly. The excel spreadsheet still looks the best way to view the data (would like to use BI if I can get it right).

Many thanks.

Thanks @Greg_Deckler

Wouldn't know where to start with that. Fantastic idea though! 👍

@OpsCord If you can post sample data or PBIX can probably come up with an adaptation.

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Hi @Greg_Deckler

Weeks to 0 = Today's Guess/Weekly Usage

So top line would be 241/10 = 24.1. Just needs to show to the nearest whole number. So weeks to 0 would be 24.

@OpsCord You might be able to get the calculation you want from this: Days of Supply - Microsoft Fabric Community
