Longitude and Latitude not showing on Icon Map

Im having trouble getting the Icon Map to populate the longitude and latitude coordinates for the airport code origin and destination.

I have converted the coordinates to Decimal Number fromat and Lat and Long format as well but still does not populate.

My goal is to have the lines drawn between origin and destination showing the different routes from NYC Metro airports to different airports in USA by the major US carriers.

My dataset might be different than the screenshots you attached so not sure excatly how he is populating his on the example you showed. 

I have posted the excel data and pbix file to show what i am seeing
