Loading Google Analytics into desktop - taking too long

Hi,

I am trying to load in multiple dimensions and metrics from Google Analytics, however it is taking far too long to load, even with just two columns at a time. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Since July 2023, Google has abandoned the Google Analytics API with further adjustments.

Try upgrading powerbi desktop to the latest version to see if performance optimizations have been made for GA.
