Loading Data - error message

Can anyone help me with this error message? I'm taking courses via Coursera and trying to load their sample excel files and I keep getting an error message. I shared the info with my IT team and they couldn't help me.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

@tracyreno , Install the Latest OLEDB driver and try.

Also If you are using Excel, open and save it in XLSX format and try
