I have two tables, opportunities and accounts.
In opportunities, each row has a value for account ID. I only want to load rows from the accounts table where the account ID already exists. In qlik, I would:
Load *
Where exists (account ID)
from xxxxxxx
I'm not sure how to do this in power BI however!

You need to use the Merge feature in Power Query to create a left-out comparison and filter the column.
