Load data by refresh

I would like to know more about the refresh mechanism in Power BI. I have tried to use Refresh in Power BI desktop. But, everytime it never successfully loading(it still did not end the loading after many hours. Instead, I have to make some slightly different change/add a step that is not quite relevant but keep the result in order to load the new data, and I think this is quite annoying. Do anyone know how to load the new data in the most efficient way?

HI @Anonymous

The refresh depends on data size in individual table.

If your datasize is big, you should try Query folding and Incremental refresh

If you have multiple table and all table is not require to refresh every time (static data), you can use below feature in Power Query
