I just came across your post today. CompuTrain offers an in-Person 4-day Power BI Boot Camp. It is not an off-the-shelf course but rather one we developed internally that we continuously update. The course is heavy on PBI Desktop, PowerQuery, DAX and the visualizations. It flows very well and students are acutally developing their own date models in class.
