Linked to folder of files, but do not want each vehicle listed in table for each individual month

Hello,

I am very new to PowerBi and have not been able to find anything that can help me figure out my issue. We are trying to show our fuel data for a fleet of vehicles and I have set it up to pull from a folder that has fuel data broken down in each file by month. In each of these files we are most interested in the Vehicle name, the kilometers driven, and the Fuel used. We then have a calculate column to show KPL. The issue is that it shows each vehicle on multiple lines, and I would prefer to only see the data for the month/range selected. I have a slicer, but when I use it, all of the other rows stay, but it just blanks out some of the data in the Fuel Used column. Some screenshots below:

I could not find a way to include the actual data files, but happy to do so if someone can step me through it. Ideally, trying to build this out so I can show data by vehicle or range of vehicles over specific periods of time, and link that to show graphical data when vehicles are selected. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi @ChrisAZ
It seems that you didn't aggregate the distance, this is what caused the "splitting" vehicle for multiple tows:

Best practice:

Use measures for all needed calculations
