Hello, I have a calculation issue - I had an order transation table that had 1 line for each order and Total Item Amt and Total Shipping Amt. But it did not have the item detail. So I merged the item line detail with the order table but now I have duplicate shipping amounts.
My thought was to count the number of items in each order and then divide by the total shipping to get an average shipping per item.
Shipping Cost divided by Item count =
DIVIDE(SUM('Items Ordered'[Shipping Cost]), [Item count])
In the above data I started with the left set, merged to create the middle set, and I want the output to be on the right set of data. I have gotten the calculation to work but it doesn't sum correctly.
