Line chart upper and lower on tooltip - why

In general, tootlip is automatically generated from the Legend field.I'm sorry, but I haven't found the configuration in the settings yet.
You can check if the following tooltip is a tooltip page in this viusal.

If not, you can delete some sensitive data and provide the .pbix file to us for further research and analysis.
