Line and stacked column chart - (line above the stacked columns)

Hi,

Is it possible to have the lines above the columns in the chart?!

I'm using different kind a sales values in my stacked column, and the line should show a certain percentage.

should look like the below (which is not power bi)

You would have to manipulate the min and max of the secondary Y axis
