Line and stacked column chart column color format by field value

Hello there, I am trying to format the color of the columns on a line and stacked column chart.

I have the value as a column and the target as a line.

Both fields are on the same table, and they show in the chart with no issues.

Curerntly I have the columns color formated using the "Rules" Format Style, but my target changes by month and I don't want to be changing the values on rules every month.

When trying to use "Field value" it does not allow me to select the target field.

As I said, both fields are loaded from the same table, are both set as whole numbers and display with no issues on the chart.

Can anyone help me with that?

Hello @SamuelFelix ,

Firstly, you need to change summarization for PMP Target. Because it seems it is reading like a text.

İf you can't change summarization and data type. You need first change data type in your power query.

Second write a measure like that.

Select visual and click fx.

Apply your measure.
