I am trying to make the orange plot a line (8.4k value on chart and 8.370 value from data set. It doesnt have any X value beside the project name. Is there a way to make it a line?

You could:
- add a couple of extra rows to your table;
- hide x axis captions;
- do the rest with the help of calculated columns (or measures) and custom labels.
