Hi,
I am trying to create a ticketing visual using the Line and Clustered Column chart where
- The bar represents the total number of tickets
- Line 1 represents the aging tickets
- Line 2 represents the closing rate in percentage.
My visual looks like this right now.
Is there a way I could make the orange line refer to the labels (numbers) on the left and not the percentages on the right?

Hi @MiniCooper ,
Because your Aging Tickets are placed in a visual object as a folded line, the y-axis corresponding to the folded line in that visual object is fixed to the right, which you can't change.
If you want your Aging Tickets to correspond to the y-axis on the left, put them in Column y-axis instead of Line y-axis.

Hello @,
I assume that your close rate and aging ticket values are in the Line y-axis. Click your Line and Clustered Column Chart and uncheck "Values" in Secondary y-axis in your format. You will see the values in your Line y-axis refers to numbers. I understand you want to see percentage values on your right. But in this visualization, for me it doesn't make sense to show percentage on the right due to significant value differences.
Kind Regards,
