Line Graph not scaling

I have a report that before the August or September updates (I got both today) was scaling my line graph X axis which I have as dates.  However after, the axis is no longer scaling when I choose a specific date or year (example, 2018):

This first image shows the graph with my slicer allowing all dates within my date range.  The second image shows my date range restricted down to 2018 in my slicer.

Was something changed in these updates?  I can't find an option that would affect this other than in the X axis options to control ranges and the Starts and Ends are both set to auto.

I have figured out the issue.  The scaling isn't working because of a measurement I have that is a single integer in a table that I created inside Power BI.

@nsadams87xx,

I am unable to reproduce this issue in Power BI September 2018 version. When you convert the Line chart to other type of visuals such as table visual, are you able to filter the visual as expected using the year slicer?

In addition, could you please share PBIX file via Private Message so that I can repro?

Regards,
Lydia

Unfortunately I cannot share the .pbix file due to my organization's compliance and the data involved.  However, here is a screenshot of the visualization as a table and the date slicer selected for 2018.Table view.JPG
