Line Chart x axis moves on filtering

I have a line chart which shows volume by country over months.

I need the Legend on the centre right, which is causing my issue.....I think.

When I filter on country the legend chages size which causes the chart to expand/retract which is giving me grief.
Is there a way to stop this happening and stop the chart from changing widths
