Line Chart with Time on Y Axis

Hi, 

I'm trying to create a line chart to analyse car parking usage between 7am and 6pm on the Y Axis. I then have data for the past 2 years that i want to plot against the those times, to replicate a chart like the below:

So far i cant get the data to show in a curved state using the line chart. It only shows as below:

My data is formatted as below:

Please can you help and advise me how i may be able to achieve this.

@ChiragGarg2512 Thanks. Please could you clarify what you meant, i've setup a Pivot Table but not sure how this changes anything

In power Query, select the date column and unpivot[not pivot] other columns. This will create a table with second column being the time column and a table where for a date every time is available. Now when time vs values[The third column] is plotted it will not be the desired result but when the date column is added as legend it should give the desired result for every date available in the date column.

However all the data is positioned at the bottom of my graph and not visible. And also the time doesnt show as the Y Axis

Check the data type of the time column and change it to just time. If this doesn't work change the type in power query.

I had already changed in power query but not in Table View.
