Line Chart with Cumulative Total Issue

I am wanting to create a line chart that shows our cumulative total of incoming and outgoing products by week for this fiscal year.  I tried the following DAX but could not get desired results.  The DAX does not return an error but the line graph does not update.  Can someone please look at my file below?

Cumulative Total Completed Column =
CALCULATE (
SUM('Pending & Completed ALL ADS'[Completed Claims Column]),
FILTER (ALLSELECTED('Pending & Completed ALL ADS'), 'Pending & Completed ALL ADS'[Comp Date] <= MAX ('Pending & Completed ALL ADS'[Comp Date])))

Cumulative Line Chart

I greatly apprecaite your help in advance!!!! 🙂

Hi  @tlwest86

Does this chart only show the count per week?  I have sent an access request, please check.
