I would like to create a line chart with an emphasis on the sequence of x values rather than the magnitute of x values. In Tableau it is called "path".
For example, the first line chart is a normal one, where x values ("x1" column in the dataset) constantly increase. The second line chart is based on the same values, but the x values are sorted by the order, when these x values appeared in the dataset ("Path" column in the dataset).
Question: Is it possible to achive the second version of the line chart if there are duplicates among x values ("x (with duplicates)" column in the dataset)?

when you say "achive " what do you mean exactly? do you mean not display it? can you show the expected solution? and what the rule is. ie if colum a's value is repeated, ignore the repeated version? do you mean remove duplicates? but keep the first one?
Proud to be a Super User!
When I say 'achieve', I mean create the chart line as it looks like in the second line chart, which in turn is the expected solution.
Keep the duplicates and sort the column containing these duplicates by a column named 'Path'. Theay all are provided in the pbix file.
