Line Chart Format Number with a comma while all other visual works

Hello community,

I need help resolving why my data label is not putting the comma in the thousands, hundred,etc.. place just for the line graph (see image 1).  I've exhausted my troubleshooting.  I've pour through hundreds of post formatting numbers and it didn't work.

  1. I've already made sure the column is a number or decimal, i even clicked on the comma, and even the data table shows commas (see image 2)
  2. I even format the values for the data label to be auto or thousands.  But when I put it in thousands it gave me 1K, 19K, etc.. this not what I want.

As you can see from (Image 1) the comma format worked for the Matrix an table.  The only reason I can think of that it's not working for the Line Graph, is that my measure cancels out the comma format.  I've included my code for the measure see section "Measure". Could this be the cause? if so how can I solve this?  Please help.

Here is my measure:

My measure:

Comparison Results =
var workforce_data = CALCULATE(MAX('Workforce data'[Value]), FILTER('DimAgency',[Agency Name] in {
SELECTEDVALUE(DimAgencyOfInterest[Agency Name]),SELECTEDVALUE(DimAgencyComparator1[Agency Name]),SELECTEDVALUE(DimAgencyComparator2[Agency Name]), "Civilian Labor Force","Government Wide"}
),FILTER('DimDemographics','DimDemographics'[Calculation Type] = SELECTEDVALUE(DimDemographics[Calculation Type])),FILTER(DimDemographics,DimDemographics[Ethnicity_Race] = SELECTEDVALUE(DimEthnicityRace[Ethnicity_Race]))

)
return workforce_data

@oluong,

Have you set the formatting for the measure? The screenshot "Image 2" is Data view (the column used in the measure). Click on the measure and make sure the formatting is correct.

FYI everyone who's reading this post.  Each time you alter the measure it appears it will reset the format back to general and removing the commas.  You will have to redo the steps suggested by DataInsights.
