Limit to SNOW query

Hi, using the below query I'm no longer able to query 10,000 rows from SNOW. I used to be able to but now to get this to work I need to limit the sysparm_limit to 6,000 which of course misses loads of data from my results. Any idea how to pull ideally all rows... roughly 20,000? Error I receive is that the maximum timeout has been recieved etc.

Hi @Mrooney,

To narrow down this issue, could you try connecting to your ServiceNow with Power BI ServiceNow content pack to see if the same issue occurs? 

In addition, if the issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support page for better assistance.
