Likert Scale Stacked Bar Chart

Hello!

I'd like to create a divergent stacked bar chart like the one shown in this guide.

For context, the raw data that I have comes from a school survey that contains 5-point Likert scale questions. Sample data can be found in this Google Sheet. With reference to the sample data, I'd like to make a divergent stacked bar chart that visualises data for all 3 statements (or questions) in the same chart. The chart will show the percentage of respondents who responded 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 for each statement. In addition, I'd like to make sure the end-users will be able to filter data (e.g. by school name or by teacher name).

I'm new to Power BI and have been searching for relevant tutorials and trying them out on Power BI desktop app, but I'm not quite sure what steps I have to follow to create the chart. At the moment, I learned how to connect the desktop app with the Sheet, and have tried making stacked bar chart in the app. I can't seem to create what I want to create though.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should go about this? I'd appreciate any hints / guidance that you may be able to provide, thanks!!
