Hello,
Can anyone shows me how to create a legend (dynamic) to a shape map wich is similar to bellow?. The values of min and max will be changed when we change the varibles. Thank you!

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data

I am sorry for unclear in my last question. I have the data as follows:
I want to use shape map with the location at the columns "city", color will range with the value in column ( cover%). I will have a slice with column Land type. The shape map has a legend in which each time I change the slice from A to B or to C, the color at the legend and shape map) change with the value at column "cover%". The example of the legend for Land type A is as follows (0% has always "white")
and the shape map for Land type A can be as follows:
