Latest reporting cycle filter in report

Hi Power BI Team,

I have a requirement to show the latest reporting cycle as a filter in my report based on the cycle status "Unlock" value. 

Currently reporting cycle is showing as September that i want to be displayed as "December" when i open the report as latest reporting cycle. Please help.

Hi @prakash11440278 ,

You can place the created measure in "Filters on this visual", select the corresponding date, and display the default result in the card.

measure = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Cycle status])

Here my requirement is to display the "December" reporting cycle in slicer based on the Cycle status column, when i always open the report based on the cycle status field "Unlock".

var _max = maxx(filter(Table, Table[Cycle Status] = "Unlock"),[Cycle])
return
maxx(filter(Table, Table[Cycle Status] = "Unlock") && [Cycle] =_max,[Reporting Cycle])

I have created the measure and how i need to apply the measure in my existing reporting cycle filter to show the latest cycle by default.
