Last refresh of data set only

Hi, 

Does anyone know how to add a last refresh of data set to Power Bi report? I know that you can add a last refresh table and add it to a card visualization which show when the report was last updated. The date and time will be updated everytime we press the "refresh" button in the desktop version e.g. when we make a new conditional column or replace values backend. The problem is that we only update the particular data set two times a month, so the last refresh will be misleading for the users, because the refresh date is just an indicator of when changes were made in the report and not when the data set was last updated. 

Does anyone know how to add a last refresh card which is only updated when the data set is updated?
