Labelling specific points on a line graph

How do I Labelling specific points on a line graph in power bi and also draw vertical lines to highlight speicfic date periods.

Please refer to the attached pbix file.

I'm marking the maximum and minimum values in the line chart, as well as the dates in between.

@Jay2022 , Create another measure that has values for that range or point use. Line in another color or marker can help
