Labeling a filter

Hi,

I have ProductID setup as a report level filter in my PowerBI report. However since they are ID it is hard to find what it means. I have ProductDesc field as well in the source. I would like to keep ProductID as filter but some mechanism to see what the corresponding description is.

One option could be: when we hover mouse on the ProductID, the associated description in the filter area would pop up.

Another option could be: the display label would be a concatenation of ProductID and Product Description (I don't know if we go this route, if the filtering would work properly in the powerBI report).

Third option could be to show ProductDescription with brackets showing productID next to it - something like: This is sample description (102)

second and third option looks similiar implementation wise, its just different flavor.

Any idea how to go about it? The first option looks very elegant.  Any tips is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
