Keep some filters using ALL funcition

I have this measure to keep an value as constant according to a group, something like this:

TOTAL = CALCULATE (
    [SALES],
    FILTER (
        ALL(PRODUCTS),
        PRODUCTS[CATEGORY] = SELECTEDVALUE(PRODUCTS[CATEGORY])))

But i need to keep some filters, like [MONTH], [CITY] and [COLORS], how do i define these exceptions?

Thanks,
Lucas.
