Keep measure value static

I have a graph that has an x axis of a field call MOB that goes from 0-30ish. I am creating a measure and I want the denominator of that measure to be the beginning balance at x axis mob of 0.  I am using this formula:

 
Value = [CO running total in MOB]/CALCULATE(SUM([Beginning_balance]),'Truncated Data'[MOB_Securitization]=0)
 
I cannot figure out how to make this work. Any suggestions?

@Anonymous it should work as expected, can you share sample data and what result you are getting to further look into it.

Apologies, you are correct. I just realized there is no data for MOB 0 and it should have been MOB 1
