KPI stopped working

Everything was working up until this weekend, so I'm not sure why this stopped working.

When I look at the individual components, I get these...

My value:

kpi_v1 = 1-((SUM('Audit_Scorecards'[PEPReference:7])/2)/(Audit_Scorecards[Audits Completed]))

My Target:

kpi_target_v1 = 1-(MAX('KPI'[KPI_PEP7])/2)/MAX('KPI'[KPI_Total_Audits])

Resulting KPI:

When I make any changes to the filters I get this:

But when I apply the same filters while looking at the values used in above KPI in Cards, I get what I expect (KPI Target vs KPI Value):

Does anyone have an idea as to why these are acting up now?

EDIT: I should add that it seems like the Value component of the KPI is defaulting to 1 or 100%.

When I checked this morning, I apparently didn't save my work yesterday, which means I was missing a data refresh. Prior to refreshing the data, the visuals work (see below), but as soon as I add more data, things break.

The KPI cards are set up with the following:
