How can I use drill down in KPH column visual?

Yes. So I downloaded this KPI visual from the store in which I can apply conditional formating on bar charts.  The visual info is given below.

In this visual there is no option of heirarchy drill down.

While if I use normal bar chart there is an option of drill down but I can not use dynamic colour formating based on values of data.

I haven't seen such a visual. You may try to use developer tools to create a new visual.
