I am attempting to implement a KPI visual. I have a measure of :
BAYTD = CALCULATE([Total Budget]*[Pay Period %])
That I am using to get my Target Value for the budget for this point in the year. It comes out fine in my Matrix, but not in the KPI itself. (I changed the measure's name in the matrix to target value). Why is the KPI Goal not correct?
I have my KPI set up this way:
Indicator: Spent
Trend Axis: _Actualbudget Amount
Target Goals: BAYTD
Solved! Go to Solution.
The reason this was occuring is because the KPI was spitting out my highest "Spent" Value. Once I changed the to my Programs (it also works for Expense Types, just not overall since I create a separate Programs table/group) it worked perfectly.
