KPI Problem

Hello guys,

I have a question about KPI.
 

Is it possible to make the KPI interactive instead of showing static result with slicer (I belive it is the total of different year as my data is imported into PBI with different year).

Can you suggest any reading matterials or tell me the steps to build KPI using the default KPI tool in the visualisation pane that has specific guidance on building a KPI using Power BI?
