KPI Indicator showing "+Infinity %"

I believe this is because the target goal was a BLANK. The previous target has no data. This seems like a pretty straightforward fix? Here's my measure:

Count of Status for NEW for Saturday, June 30, 2018 =

    'Data by Bedrooms'[Date] IN { DATE(2018, 6, 30) }
