From my sql server, i have 9 tables coming. I have created some table using summariazing fn ( called Procedure_acq), but when i go to transfrom data.. i cant seem to find my procedure_acq table.. i want to join these tables using many to many relationship.. Is this possible ?? how can i acheive it ?

If you created a table with DAX function Summarize, you cannot see it in Power Query Editor. Tables and columns created with DAX language are generated at the model level. They are created after you apply the transformations from Power Query to the model. It's not possible to covert it back to Power Query.
Instead, you can try the Group by feature in Power Query Editor to summarize data in advance. Then merge two tables per your need.

It is bad praticve to use many to many in PBI, consider modelling you data better.
If you must have a manay to many then ...
In PBI go to the relationship screen
click on the relationship
you can then edit the relationship propeties.
