It is possible to remove the property bar of an object?

This propertybar of an object takes up too much space in dasboard, limiting the addition of more objects, it is possible to remove it?

as you can see I want to leave right at the far corner of the page but that does not allow Ownership bar.

If I understand correctly, you want more space in your report?  You called it a "dashboard" but the screenshot is from Desktop and Desktop does not have dashboards.

If you need more space for your report, do the following:

From the report page where you want more space to add objeccts....

1. With nothing selected on the report canvas

2. In the VIsualizations pane, select the paint roller icon and expand "Page Size"

3. Use the options here to make your report page larger.

You can hide the right panes and minimize the ribbon as below to leave more space for the report. But the left navigation bar cannot be moved/hided in current version. You can vote this idea in this site.
