Issues with Union and columns order - link to example PBIX file supplied.

I am having issues with UNION of data and deleting columns. There other examples of this issue but I can't follow thier solutions. I can't suppy my actual data due to privacy reasons so I have made this example.  

1. Here is a union of my data before I modify anything. Its just Namils thier colur and name. 

The data with BADTEXT needs to be cleaned up. This seemed simple to me at the time. 

In the query editor it seems simple. I just spit the colour data into 3 columns, delete the ones I dont need. 

All I need to do is delete those new extra colurs and rename the column column I want to keep back to Colour

When I  apply and refesh my data, that data I have been fixing now ends up in other columns.
