Issues with Regions when using Maps

Hi there

Please can anyone assist, i am trying to use regions in a visual, but it does not seem to be working as it places Central Africa into Central America. I have made sure that the data category has been mapped to Country\Region. Please see screenshot below - 

Any help on this will be greatly appricated.

1. Did you set the data category in data pane as the picture below?

2. What is your version of you Power bi desktop? Could you please update your Power BI desktop to the latest version and try agian? If the issue still occur, Could you please share your pbix to me if you don't have any Confidential Information.Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.

Thank you for coming back to me regarding this issue.

I have chanced the data category to Country\Region, but still no joy.

Unfortunately i cant share the file that im working on, due to the confidential nature of the report.
