Issues with High Contrast Mode and bookmarks

I ended up putting a black .png file behind the background shape and then set the shape to have a white shape fill (General > Effects > Background). This way, when a user isn't using a High-Contrast mode it still has a white background but if they are the .png provides a black background that eliminates the overlapping visualization issue.
