Hi,
I have an issue in a report
I have a fact table Order and two dimension tables MediaAgency and Advertiser
When I put fields in a table with the FactOrderId (selected through other filters), I have the correct answer
But in left panel "Campaign Details", it takes the first row of the table MediaAgency and Advertiser
I don't understand this behavior
Can you help?
Thanks a lot
Matt
Hi @HotChilli ,thanks for the quick reply, I'll add further.
Hi @MKBE ,
Regarding your question, the table below you is filtered by the field 'FactOrderId'. It's filtering effect is limited to that table and does not affect the card visual objects on the top left. You need to select the card visual and add the field 'FactOrderId' in the filter window.
Hi
Unfortunately no it's not the case.
There is a page filter on FactOrderId that should be applicable to all components of the page
Enjoy your day,
Matt
Hi @MKBE ,
Are these fields also added to the page filter? I think they are also key to the filter.
The table only has a filter effect for 'FactOrderID', the card visual object should be the same.
Can you explain a bit more please? I see the table in the bottom left and i see the multi-row card in the top left. What are you expecting to happen here?
Is it that the table has a dimension table value without an aggregation but the multi-row card requires an aggregation?
The table at the bottom show the expected value in the multirow card on top left
There should not be any agregation as there is only one value possible
I didn't apply any specific filter on the table at the bottom other than the one already present on the page
Hope it's more clear
Thanks
