I am having the same issue.  Tried everything.  Reinstalled, IT support.  No resolution.  Very difficult to work with this issue.

This issue is very annoying to say the least. 

Also, I saw similar issues reported in excel sometime ago and the solution was to change screen resolution to 100%.  Unfortunately nothing seems to work on my end.

I can also confirm this issue, it's a surprisingly big mistake. I wonder if this is not an issue on Windows 11, only on Windows 10?

The good news. Its not just you. I don't have a solution unfortunately. But am having the same issue.
