Hi all,
I have a Pro liscence and working on Desktop version with a colleague. When ever he shares PIBX workbook and I download/ open it I get following error
Error message when I open PIBX workbook
Once I click on close, the workbook opens but causes visual (Card(new)) KPI cards to breakdown.
Visual used Card(new)
Version I am using
I can't figureout why this is happening. Please help.
Hi, @SyedAbbas313
Thanks for suparnababu8's reply. Here is additional content to his method, you can refer to a similar situation in the link below, if updating to the latest version doesn't work, you can also try to open the pbix file using the same version of PBI Desktop of your colleague. Sometimes, certain visual objects are updated and won't be supported by older versions of desktop.
