I am trying to create a cumulate count of GitHub open/close issues for an entire organization and be able to filter by specific repos but when I create the measures for counting all in a row and then try to filter by the repository name it does not work.
Here are my two measures:
CumulativeClosedIssues = CALCULATE(COUNTA(Issues[ClosedAt]), FILTER(ALL(Issues), Issues[CreatedAt]<= MAX(Issues[CreatedAt])))
and
CumulativeIssues = CALCULATE(COUNTA(Issues[CreatedAt]), FILTER(ALL(Issues), Issues[CreatedAt]<= MAX(Issues[CreatedAt])))
This is the relationship between the two sets of data I am using.
It is a 1:many relationship with Repository ID and I am trying to create a filter with the Repository Name field in the Issues query.
Here is the dashboard view when all Repos are selected
and when I try to filter based on the vs-code it shortens the timescale (presumably when the repo was created) but keeps the same additive values of the ENTIRE GitHub Org instead of the specific repo within that org.
I expect it to reduce the values to just include the issues with the particular name? I am not sure exactly what I am missing with this problem. Please let me know if I can clarify anything or need more details to be able to get proper help on this problem. Thank you very much!

@stevenbucher Hard to say exactly but the issue likely your ALL and you instead want ALLEXCEPT or something similar.
Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Thank you very much! It was the ALL instead of ALLEXCEPT that fixed the issue. Apologies for not reviewing the How to Get Answers Quickly post and missing details about the data. I will also review common issues before posting. Thank you again!
